Summer is almost over and many of our parishes will be looking forward to events and courses in the Autumn. Do have a look at past blog pages as there are some good ideas on how to increase our personal formation and spread the word of our faith. In the August blog I included some summer book suggestions and was pleased to see a comment by Marguerite suggesting a book I hadn’t heard of. It was called ‘ God’s Smuggler’ by Brother Andrew . I bought it from Eden.co.uk, the Christian Bookshop, and agree with Marguerite his testimony is ‘mind-blowing’. It’s a book to make you laugh, cry and wonder. September brings us 2 big events.
